four Tenths of One victory

So after several weeks of sitting still I have lost four tenths of a pound! I know, I know, it doesn’t sound like much, but it means I’m moving in the right direction again. It gives me hope that all is not lost.
On another note, Heather and I are going to be going to South Carolina, so we are both looking forward to that. I just got Heather a new camera (dSLR) which she has already been going crazy with, but I know it will get a lot of use on this trip. So I suppose you have noticed that things have changed. I’m not going to be using vox anymore, I’m gonna try my hand with wordpress. I installed it in my free godaddy hosting space that I had just lying around. 
Anyway, it should make it easier for people to comment on posts (no need to create and account), and I get to be a little more geeky and take care of some things myself.
