So its time for me to get back in the routine of dieting. Been off the wagon for a while now, and I’ve paid the price. Gained a few pounds I’m gonna have to lose again. Yahoo… :-/

the Road to 165

So, I’ve lost another pound. That puts my total at 34 lbs lost. I weigh 231 right now, and I am hoping to be in the 220’s by mid week next week. Weekends seem to be key for me. I tend to lose consistently during the week, but when the weekend comes around we tend to be out doing more in town and I am in less control as to what I eat. But I have been doing well overall, except the last couple of weekends have been more difficult, but it couldn’t really be helped.
Anyway, I am back on track again, and if I can make it threw the next couple of days unscathed, I’ll be good to go!

I have one of these (ipod mini) and I have never seen this! I guess it only happens at night, or maybe while its in my bag, although it seems like all the water would run out, ’cause I tote it around standing up.
four Tenths of One victory

So after several weeks of sitting still I have lost four tenths of a pound! I know, I know, it doesn’t sound like much, but it means I’m moving in the right direction again. It gives me hope that all is not lost.
On another note, Heather and I are going to be going to South Carolina, so we are both looking forward to that. I just got Heather a new camera (dSLR) which she has already been going crazy with, but I know it will get a lot of use on this trip. So I suppose you have noticed that things have changed. I’m not going to be using vox anymore, I’m gonna try my hand with wordpress. I installed it in my free godaddy hosting space that I had just lying around. 
Anyway, it should make it easier for people to comment on posts (no need to create and account), and I get to be a little more geeky and take care of some things myself.
