four Tenths of One victory

So after several weeks of sitting still I have lost four tenths of a pound! I know, I know, it doesn’t sound like much, but it means I’m moving in the right direction again. It gives me hope that all is not lost.
On another note, Heather and I are going to be going to South Carolina, so we are both looking forward to that. I just got Heather a new camera (dSLR) which she has already been going crazy with, but I know it will get a lot of use on this trip.
