So, I’ve lost another pound. That puts my total at 34 lbs lost. I weigh 231 right now, and I am hoping to be in the 220’s by mid week next week. Weekends seem to be key for me. I tend to lose consistently during the week, but when the weekend comes around we tend to be out doing more in town and I am in less control as to what I eat. But I have been doing well overall, except the last couple of weekends have been more difficult, but it couldn’t really be helped.

Anyway, I am back on track again, and if I can make it threw the next couple of days unscathed, I’ll be good to go!

    I totally agree. Weekends are the key. I seem to prepare more for my meals during the week. This weekend, I gave a talk in the North. The hospitality was amazing. One of the bookstudy's put on a feast. It was so hard to display self control, because everything was soooo good, and I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings.
  • Yeah, weekends seem to be a little more out of my control, although this weekend I feel like I did pretty good. I just have to be extra vigilant, because circumstances come up that I don't have to deal with during the week.
